Be respectful of the network

• Use Modemly for lawful purposes only; no malware, fraud, or copyright infringement.
• Do not interfere with the security or availability of Modemly systems or any third-party network.
• Do not send spam, operate open relays, or perform unauthorised vulnerability scanning.

Protect personal information

• Store and transmit only the personal data you are authorised to handle.
• Follow all applicable privacy and data-protection laws where you operate.
• Report suspected data loss or compromise immediately to [email protected].

Keep accounts secure

• Use strong, unique passwords or SSO with multi-factor authentication for administrator accounts.
• Rotate shared secrets such as RADIUS keys on a regular schedule (at least quarterly).
• Never share credentials with unauthorised individuals.

Cooperate with investigations

• Respond promptly to abuse reports or security inquiries from Modemly.
• Keep your contact information accurate so we can reach you when urgent issues arise.
